This Mafaldine Attachment is designed specifically for the Atlas 150 Pasta Machine from Marcato (sold separately). One of 13 interchangeable accessories for the Atlas 150, the Mafaldine Attachment cuts pasta that has an 8mm (~3/8") width and a wavy edge.
The Mafaldine Attachment is made of steel with rollers made of food-grade anodized aluminum alloy and polymeric resin combs that do not release harmful dust particles on the pasta. This guarantees a product that is 100% healthy and genuine.
The Mafaldine Attachment is easy to use. Simply insert the crank in the accessory. Pass the pasta sheet through the rollers and collect the freshly cut Mafaldine. Lay them to dry on your pasta drying rack or Marcato's drying rack, the Tacapasta.
