Lime Coriander Bitters

These bitters are all about tall, cold, refreshing summer drinks. Or at least that’s what I had in mind when I made the first test batches. I was thinking of a collins glass filled with ice, gin, soda water, and muddled summer berries - tart and sweet and worthy of sipping all day long. The coriander brings a mildly savory note to these simple, versatile bitters. Did you know coriander is the seed of cilantro? But don’t fret if you’re one of the folks who think cilantro tastes like soap, because coriander provides a completely different flavor experience. Goes great with gin, vodka, tequila, and fruity rum drinks. Try livening up a Margarita, a Bloody Mary, or a simple Gin & Tonic.
