Made of Japanese cherry wood, this board measures 75mm x 150mm x 20mm. Like all wooden kitchen tools, these boards should conditioned periodically to protect them from drying out or cracking. We recommend Clapham’s Salad Bowl Finish to care for and protect your IMAIKOUBA Board.

This mold makes two small-sized ravioli, we recommend using a 70mm cutter.
